7 Tips for a Safe and Successful Workout : Tip #1 - If you're not sure, ask for help!

This applies to everyone but mainly beginners, however, it’s a no brainer - but barely anyone does it anymore. Ask for help if you need a spotter or ask a Personal Trainer for some tips to evolve your training and learn something new. Everyone is here to get healthier so ask someone with experience, we might just learn some things or make an unlikely friend. Just be careful not to ask while someone’s mid-set (it’s an obvious one, but we’ve seen it happen, and it’s very dangerous).

So, if your going for a new personal best or your just simply trying out a new exercise, don’t be scared to just ask. Because one simple outgoing gesture can benefit you alot more than injury.
